Support for relationships across personal,
family and professional life

Relationships can be affected by communication, conflict, changing circumstances, expectations and long-standing patterns of interaction.

Psychological support can help individuals, couples, families and professionals better understand relationship dynamics and identify practical ways to improve communication, manage conflict and create
change.

Personal, family and couple relationships

Support may focus on communication, conflict, adjustment, separation, changing family dynamics and the patterns that influence how people
relate to one another.

Professional relationships and teams

Relationship difficulties can also arise at work. Support may involve workplace communication, team relationships, conflict, professional boundaries and navigating challenging interpersonal dynamics.

Approach

The focus is on understanding the factors shaping the relationship, recognising patterns that may be contributing to difficulty and working towards practical and sustainable ways forward.
